At Eternal’s “Unboxing Gig Work” session at Charcha 2026, we explored what keeps women from entering and staying in the gig economy. From family permission and access to two-wheelers to safety, care responsibilities and basic infrastructure, the barriers often begin long before a woman joins a platform. At Aatm Nirbhar, we are working to build the pathways, skills and support systems that make work genuinely accessible for women.
